Lehigh Fire Company No. 1 of Lehighton donated five defibrillators to area youth sports programs on Monday night.
The defibrillators, purchased from SOS Technologies in Dublin, Ohio, cost around $10,000, according to Lonny Armbruster, member of the fire company's small games of chance committee."The equipment has a special child key which can be used for treating children under 55 pounds," Armbruster said.
