The Carbon County Planning Commission reviewed six land plans proposed throughout the county on Tuesday.

They include:• Meadowcrest Manor Annex received a conditional plan rejection recommendation for a proposed subdivision/lot line revision at the intersection of Manor and Towhee drives, Stone Ridge Manor, Lower Towamensing Township. The plans call for combining two lots to create a 0.86-acre lot.• Mary Maradeo irrevocable living trust received a plan approval recommendation for a proposed subdivision at 711 E. Center St., Nesquehoning. The plans call for combining two lots to create a 3.421-acre lot.• McAdoo Industrial Park, Can Do Inc., received a plan approval recommendation for a proposed subdivision at Kline Road West, McAdoo Industrial Park, Banks Township. The plans call for subdividing an 8.178-acre lot, leaving 84.319 acres left in the development.• Yolanda M. and Rachel R. Fegley and Naomi Milnes received a conditional plan approval recommendation for a proposed lot line revision at 24 Wood St., Kidder Township, Lake Harmony Estates. The plans call for subdividing a 0.46-acre lot owned by Fegley into two lots and combining a 0.079-acre lot with Milnes' 0.449 acres to create a 0.528-acre lot.• Jerome F. and Veronica A. Scarpati received a conditional plan rejection recommendation for their proposed subdivision on Dieter's Hill Road in Mahoning Township. The plans call for subdividing 42.6386 acres into two lots.• Bryan J. and Anna Marie Westerfer, owners of Holiday Poconos, received a conditional plan approval recommendation for a proposed lot line revision at 15 Tallwood Drive, lots H13HF and H15HF, Hemlock Forest section, Holiday Poconos, Kidder Township. The plans call for combining the two lots to create a 0.517-acre lot.
