Class begins

The West End Park and Open Space Commission is offering a new fitness program, Group Training, on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to noon at the Chestnuthill Park Building, Route 715, Brodheadsville. The program started today and runs in six-week cycles. There is a fee. The course offers group motivation, variety, support, fun and results. This is the first senior-focused health fair of its kind in the West End and will be offering refreshments, raffles, free health screenings and local agency information, including Veterans Affairs. The public is invited for an educational and informational opportunity.There will be over 25 vendors present as well as Mrs. Bush's Personal Care Homes itself.
