Nature center to host virtual yoga

The Carbon County Environmental Education Center will host a free virtual yoga session at 9 a.m. Saturday with Lorene Wolf, yoga instructor. There will be another class in February.

Both the classes will be similar in theme (outdoors and wildlife ties into poses).

Wolf will be teaching how to find balance and connections to the natural world.

The monthly classes will differ but it is not necessary to attend both to benefit from either.

The classes will take one hour which will include a warmup, poses, cool down, and guided visualization. The poses can be adapted to a chair or deepened for a more advanced student. Suitable for all ages.
