State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following arrests made by troopers:

• Justin Marx, 30, of Pottsville, has been charged with criminal mischief, harassment and related traffic offenses after slashing the tire on a Ford F-150 truck owned by a 34-year-old man from New Philadelphia. The incident happened along Pike Street in Port Carbon on Jan. 3 at 7:03 a.m.

• On Dec. 30 at 4:49 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2005 Mazda in the 1000 block of Route 61 in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County. The driver, Ryan Ganter, 41, of Schuylkill Haven, was suspected of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He also had a active arrest warrant. He was taken into custody and arranged before a district judge.

• On Dec. 4 at 3:43 a.m. troopers responded to the area of 415 Market St., in Port Carbon, for a crash. The drive was identified as Sean Dotson, 20, of Pottsville. A check revealed a active warrant for his arrest out of Maryland. He was taken into custody and arraigned before a district judge and placed in the county prison in Pottsville on the warrant.
