Schuylkill County judges recently imposed penalties on three people charged by local police.

Guilty pleaNoel Abadia, 34, Lansford: Charged by Rush Township police with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; possessing a controlled substance she was not authorized to have, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia on July 27, 2015.President Judge William E. Baldwin sentenced him to time served to 12 months in jail, followed by 11 months of probation. Abadia was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Additional charges of possession of a controlled substance, and charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children were dropped.Bail reductionTonya Braun, 25, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police in two cases.In the first, they charged her with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of communication facility; and possessing a controlled substance she was not authorized to have on Oct. 7, 2015.In the second, they charged her with four counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; two counts of criminal use of communication facility, and possessing a controlled substance she was not authorized to have on Nov. 12, 2015.Judge John J. Domalakes granted her request for a bail reduction, from $25,000 cash to $5,000 percentage cash in both cases.He ordered her to continue living at 222 Brown St. and not relocate with the court's permission. She may not have illegal drugs or alcohol, and was ordered to avoid places that serve alcohol.Domalakes also ordered Braun to get a job, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations.Bench warrantApril L. McGeehan, 28, Lehighton: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and having controlled substance she was not authorized to have on Feb. 27.Domalakes dissolved the bench warrant against her, and set bail at $2,500 unsecured.He ordered her to continue living at 787 Hemlock Drive, and not relocate with the court's permission. She may not have illegal drugs or alcohol, and was ordered to avoid places that serve alcohol.Domalakes also ordered McGeehan to get a job, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations.
