The booth is located next to the train station.Gilchrist and his co-defendants were charged with removing money and other items from the booth. Also charged in the incident was Stephanie Marie Thompson, 29, and Rachael Lynn Thompson, 25, both of Royersford, and Neil Joseph Young, 32, of Plymouth Meeting, all Montgomery County. In addition to the prison term, Serfass ordered Gilchrist to get both a mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations, zero tolerance imposed on D&A use, supply an DNA sample, and pay restitution of $2,186.05, which is his share of the total due.
