Schuylkill County Court - ARD admissions

Schuylkill County president Judge William Baldwin has admitted five people to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program.

If they successfully complete the program, their records may be expunged. All were ordered to pay court costs and fees.Michael R. Depew, 26, of Harrisburg: Charged with defiant trespass by Rush Township police after an incident on Nov. 30, 2014. Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months.He also ordered Depew to perform 10 hours of community service, pay $350 toward the cost of the program, and have no contact with the victim. Charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were dropped.Janelle Ostrowski, 36, of Tamaqua: Charged with theft and receiving stolen property by Tamaqua police after an incident on July 20, 2014. Baldwin admitted her into the program for two years. He also ordered her to pay $350 toward the cost of the program, pay $3,876 in restitution to Dunkin' Donuts, perform 10 hours of community service, and have no contact with the business.Nicholas Toth, 21, of New Ringgold: Charged with fleeing/eluding police, registration of snowmobile, and unlawful operations by West Penn Township police after an incident on Oct. 22, 2014. Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months. He also ordered Toth to perform 10 hours of community service, pay $350 toward the cost of the program, and fined him $25 on the unlawful operations charge. The registration charge was dropped.Colin S. McGregor, 25, of Coaldale: Charged with defiant trespass by Tamaqua police after an incident on Jan. 29. Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months. He also ordered McGregor to perform 10 hours of community service, and pay $350 toward the cost of the program.Alexandra Perez, 25, of Tamaqua: Charged with theft and receiving stolen property by Rush Township police after an incident on Oct. 30, 2014.Baldwin admitted her into the program for two years. He also ordered Perez to perform 20 hours of community service, pay $350 toward the cost of the program, and pay $125 in restitution to Walmart.In two additional cases, on the same charges stemming from incidents on Oct. 28, 2014, and onw Nov. 22, 2014, Baldwin admitted her into ARD under the same conditions, and ordered Perez to pay $111 and $117 in restitution to Walmart.
