What you need to know

Here is what you need to know for this year’s West End Fair:• The fair runs from Sunday through Saturday. Gates will be open 2-10 p.m. daily, except for Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday, when they will open at noon.• Admission is $5 daily for 11 and older, 10 and under free. Wednesday is Senior Citizen Day, $3 for 65 and older. Thursday is Children’s Day, $3 for students with school photo ID.• There will be three nights of demolition derby action, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, each starting at 7 p.m.• Tractor pulls take place on the last two nights of the fair, with the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling series on Saturday night.• A new feature, “The West End Dirtarama,” will take place Monday night, with sprint cars racing around the fair’s main arena.
