Citations were issued following a one-vehicle accident along Interstate 81 South.

The crash occurred on Sept. 4, at 8:18 a.m., at the southbound ramp to SR309, McAdoo, Kline Township, Schuylkill County.According to State Police at Frackville, Angelo R. Pozzessere, 23, of Tresckow, was traveling south in a 2012 Jeep Liberty, when he failed to negotiate a left curve. The Jeep traveled southwest off the roadway and its passenger side front end made impact with a guiderail. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.Pozzessere was not injured, but was cited.
