Holy Cross Church in New Philadelphia is having a shop ’n drop and, due to COVID-19 restrictions, has changed its annual picnic to a drive-thru food pickup from noon to 7 p.m. on Aug. 22 at its parish center.

There will be several cash prize drawings this year, including a money tree, instant lottery tree drawings and money portrait.

Shop ’n drop tickets can be purchased during the food pickup and after the 4 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Masses on Aug. 15, after the 8:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Masses on Aug. 16, between 5 and 8 p.m. on Aug. 21, and after all Masses on Aug. 23.
