Two persons were taken to a Lehigh Valley area hospital following a one vehicle crash that occurred about 10:55 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2, along Pine Valley Road, in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Tyler Ryan McNulty, 20, of Schuylkill Haven, was driving westbound when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve in the road. The vehicle went onto the south berm and struck a tree head-on.McNulty and his passenger, Branden Michael Kershner, 21, also of Schuylkill Haven, were taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, by ambulance.
