An Allentown woman arrested last year in a Tamaqua drug sting will serve four to 23 months in jail for delivering a controlled substance.

Schuylkill County President William Baldwin on May 14 sentenced Maria Motroni, 27, to the time, and also ordered her to provide a DNA sample. She'll start her sentence June 1.Tamaqua police charged Motroni as a result of an incident on Feb. 26, 2014. She was among those rounded up in a June 2014 drug sting.Baldwin also sentenced a Tuscarora woman to four years of probation on a drug charge.Jada McClure, 29, was charged by Pottsville police with possessing chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance as a result of an incident on May 13, 2014.Baldwin admitted three people into the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program. He was ordered to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program and perform 10 hours of community service.Leroy Lebo Jr., 31, of Shamokin was admitted to the program for 12 months. He was charged by Rush Township police with violation of the controlled substance act, and with failing to use his turn signal on Sept. 21, 2014.Allen Meckes, 46, of Topton, was accepted into the program for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program, perform 10 hours of community service and surrender his license for 60 days.Meckes was charged by West Penn Township police with driving under the influence on July 13, 2014.Michael Stisowain, 19, of Tamaqua, was also accepted into ARD for 12 months and ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program. He was also ordered to surrender his license for 90 days and submit to random urine screens.Judge James Goodman dissolved a bench warrant against a Tamaqua man and freed him on $5,000 unsecured bail.Larry L. Wagner, 36, was charged by Tamaqua police with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person who is not registered, stemming from an incident on Nov. 8, 2014.Goodman ordered Wagner to live at 300 1/2 Arlington St. and not relocate without court permission. He was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.
