Edward Nesgoda, 46, of Tamaqua, was charged with simple assault, making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment on June 6.

The charges were filed by Rush Township Police after an incident on East Main Street, where Nesgoda allegedly threatened to kill his uncle and burn down his house.Nesgoda was arraigned before duty District Judge David Platchko, who set bail at $15,000 straight.Nesgoda was then incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison.
