The Albrightsville Volunteer Fire Company is continuing with its “Grilling with the Firefighters” program, an initiative designed to help the fire company raise funds necessary to continue its ongoing operations.
The kitchen will be open from 4-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Special platters will be offered on Friday.
Featured items will be steak sandwiches, burgers and cheeseburgers from the grill; garden and antipasto salads; shrimp and fries, chicken fingers and fries, plain fries, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fish and chips and wings from the deep fryers; and pizza from the oven.
A full menu can be seen on the fire company’s Facebook page or on its website: albrightsvillefireco.com.
Orders will be accepted by calling 570-722-8325 or by stopping at the fire company on 2454 Route 534, Albrightsville.
The firemen will assist patrons with curbside pickup, local delivery or walk-in orders. Cash or credit cards will be accepted.
The firemen will also hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday, Aug. 2, from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
There will be limited seating available, as per state-mandated guidelines in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
