A Schuylkill County woman is the victim of access device fraud.

State police at Frackville said unknown criminals obtained the ATM/debit card of Kristin L. Kushmanick, 37, of Gilberton, and used it to make two transactions at Redner's Quick Mark, in Shenandoah, and the M&T branch bank in Mahanoy City. In both cases $60 in cash was withdrawn.The transactions occurred on Oct. 20 at 2:04 p.m. and Oct. 21 at 4:17 p.m.
