Fern Ridge police investigate thefts, mischief

State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents investigated by troopers:

• On May 18 a 47-year-old woman from Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, reported someone opened a PayPal account in her name without her permission.

• On June 5 a 42-year-old woman from White Haven, reported someone stole her prescription medications from her vehicle sometime between June 4 and 5, while she was at 813 Center St., East Side Boro, Carbon County. Taken was hypertension medication and suboxone.

• On June 5 about 9 p.m. a 61-year-old man from Reeders, Jackson Township, Monroe County, reported a package that was supposed to be delivered to his residence by FedEx was never delivered despite the tracking number indicated it had been delivered.

• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 11 p.m. June 22 and 6:30 a.m. June 23 in Chestnuthill Township.

• A resident on the 2800 block of Adirondack Drive, told police someone “egged” his residence, with the eggs splattering against the vinyl siding.
