FEBRUARY 6, 1984Summit Hill Borough Council filled two vacancies, one on the Carbon County telecommunications commission and another on the borough's police commission.William Mansberry Sr. was named the borough's representative on the communications commission, replacing the Rev. Carl Gray, who tendered his resignation due to conflict with his duties as the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Summit Hill, and Angelo Konstas was appointed to a six-year term on the police commission.Konstas was named to succeed John Susko, who gave up the post when he was elected to council last November. Susko completed a six-year term on the commission.
