Judgment entered

Susquehanna Bank, c/o High and Hanover streets, Pottstown, has filed a judgment against Paul H. Heere Jr. and Christopher P. Heere, both of 3794 Long Run Road, Lehighton, alleging they defaulted on a promissory note relative to a mortgage over property in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County.

The judgment is in the amount of $433,901.32 and continuing interest.

Crash suit

Susan Blymire, 755 Lizard Creek Road, Andreas, has filed a civil action against Alisen Vanger, 217½ W. Kline Ave., Lansford, over an automobile crash.

The suit states on Sept. 26, 2018, the plaintiff was operating a 2015 Honda Accord northbound on Route 248, at the Palmerton exit, with the defendant, driving a Kia Sportage was directly behind her. The suit alleges the defendant’s car “rear-ended” the plaintiff’s vehicle, causing damages and injuries detailed in the suit.

Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
