Carbon County Commissioners, on Thursday, acted on the following items:

• Appointed David Bodnar of Carbon County Planning and Development, Harold Pudliner of Weatherly Borough, state Rep. Doyle Heffley and Jason Skrimcovsky as county and at-large representatives and alternates on the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Planning Committee. The terms are from July 1 through June 30, 2022.

• Appointed Brendan Cotter and Tiana Williams, both of LANTA/CCCT, as Carbon County Community Transit voting representative and alternate to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization from July 1 through June 30, 2022.

• Rescinded a resolution that was adopted Feb. 20 appointing David Bodnar as designation agent for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

• Adopted a resolution authorizing the chairman and vice chairman to execute the agreement for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

• Approved the reappointment of Barbara Green, president of Blue Mountain Ski Area; Kim Miller, executive director of Carbon County Action Committee for Human Services; and Marybeth Ferguson, assistant regional director of the Bureau of Workforce Partnership and Operations, to the Pocono Counties Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Development Board for terms ending June 30, 2023.

• Ratified a reimbursement agreement modification for the Bridge 12 replacement project. Bridge 12 is located on North Old Stage Road over Mud Run in Kidder and Penn Forest townships. The modification adds $297,040 to the final design phase for a new total cost for preliminary and final design of $612,040.
