State police at Lehighton are investigating a fatal shooting which occurred Sunday afternoon in East Penn Township. The victim is a 2-year-old boy who was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital Lehighton campus. The child was treated at the scene then transported to the hospital by Lehighton paramedics.
