State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an armed robbery at a Monroe County business.

The robbery occurred at the Dunkin' Donuts, located at 3198 Route 115, in Chestnuthill Township.At 7:28 p.m. Saturday, a man entered the business displaying a black and silver revolver and demanding money.The suspect then jumped over the counter, opened the cash register and removed about $300 in cash.The suspect then fled the business through the doors he had entered. No one was reported injured.The suspect is a white male, small build, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray and black camouflage Fox Racing hooded sweatshirt with the hood on, loose fitting blue jeans and shiny black dress shoes.His face was concealed by a black ski mask only exposing the area around his eyes.He had a black glove on his left hand and a pink glove on his right hand.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
