U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright made sure that Vice President Joe Biden knows that the Democratic Caucus has his back.

On behalf of the caucus, Cartwright presenting Biden with a pewter tray, inscribed with "We've got your back!" after his keynote speech at the Democratic Issues Conference, United for Opportunity, Thursday afternoon in Baltimore."On behalf of my colleagues, it was a privilege to present this gift to Vice President Biden. Biden is no stranger to the issues that middle class families and seniors face every day. A Scranton native, Biden has always held his northeastern Pennsylvania working-class roots close, as a senator from Delaware, and now as vice president.
