Pleasant Valley School District students will be on spring recess from midday today through Monday. School resumes Tuesday.Parade of HatsThe Chestnut Ridge Seniors meetat the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company in Kunkletown on Thursday. Doors open at 9 a.m.The meeting itself is at 11 a.m. In the interim, those 55 and older play cards, other games or just chat.This meeting includes a bag lunch, bingo, a drawing for ham, and Easter eggs and cupcakes. It is also time for the Parade of Hats, old or new, something special and original.
