Two Lehighton residents were cited for public drunkenness.

Borough police said Paul D. Whitehead, 42, and Jennifer Rimsky, 42, both of 321 N. Center Alley, were charged following an incident that occurred just after midnight on Saturday, Feb. 9, in the vicinity of the 200 block of N. East Alley.
