A warrant arrest has led to additional charges against a Lackawanna County man.

State police at Fern Ridge said Louis David Smales, 41, of Moscow, Luzerne County, was arrested on Thursday, March 7, about 7:45 p.m. on an active warrant issued to state police at Honesdale for indecent assault.While being processed troopers found him in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged with that count and committed to the Monroe County prison in Snydersville.
