ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania city has paid $160,000 to settle a lawsuit by a convicted robber who contends an officer's "pro wrestling"-style kick to his head fractured his jaw.

The (Allentown) Morning Call (http://bit.ly/2v9dKNN ) reported the settlement Monday in an online story which contains the two-minute dashcam video of the Allentown police arrest of Hector Medina-Pena.The 34-year-old is serving 4½ to 10 years in prison for robbing the strip club that led to his arrest in May 2015.The city determined Officer Joseph Iannetta's actions - including the kick - were "appropriate under the circumstances," namely an arrest in which Medina-Pena seemed confused and didn't immediately lay face-down like three other occupants in the vehicle.
