Tamaqua senior Katelyn Rudy will be attending the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where she intends to play soccer. Rudy participated in a press conference Thursday in the Tamaqua High School library to announce her signing and the signing for Brianna Dumond, who will be attending Bloomsburg University for cross country and track and field.
