State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 46-year-old Slatington man is facing drug possession charges after police made a traffic stop at 12:56 a.m. July 10.

He was stopped in a 2009 Acura for a traffic violation on South Third Street in Allentown, after which he was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, police said.

• A 26-year-old Slatington man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 2:53 a.m. Aug. 21.

He was stopped in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra for multiple Motor Vehicle Code violations on Emmaus Avenue in Salisbury Township.

Police said he was taken into custody and transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center without incident.

Police did not release names of the suspects.
