Police said he was transported by personnel from the Northern Valley Ambulance to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Campus, Salisbury Township.
They said he was driving a 2018 Honda Accord northbound when he swerved into the southbound lane and the car struck a 2010 Chevrolet driven by Randy J. Dotter, 64, of New Tripoli. Dotter and a passenger were uninjured in the crash.
Police said both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Police said he had minor injuries but refused a medical services transport from the scene.
They said he was driving a 1995 Freightliner that was fully loaded with about 40,000 pounds of steel beams when he overcompensated for a right turn and lost control of the rig, which overturned.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.

They said the crash occurred when Earl H. Kreglow, 85, of Whitehall, was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado that failed to clear both traffic lanes of Route 873 at Park Avenue and entered the intersection, where it “T-boned” a 2009 Toyota Tacoma driven by Ackernecht.
