Theresa Santai Gaffney, Schuylkill County register of wills and clerk of the Orphans’ Court, released the September activities report.

During the month, 72 estates were processed and 95 marriage licenses were issued.

Approximately $704,000 in inheritance tax was remitted to the commonwealth, and about $26,000 in county fees were collected.
