State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following accidents:

• Alexa R. Tucholski, 32, of Oneida, was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 7:51 a.m. on Oct. 22 on State Route 4089 in Kline Township.

Police said she was transported by personnel from the McAdoo Fire Company Ambulance to the St. Luke’s Hospital, Miners Campus, Coaldale.

They said she was driving a 2025 Toyota Corolla south when it left the road and struck a guide rail on the west side of the road, before continuing south to impact a guide rail before coming to rest.

The car was towed from the scene.

• Robert J. Barrett Jr., 55, of Pottsville, was uninjured when a car he was driving struck a deer on Interstate 81 in Delano Township.

Police said he was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Spark northbound when it struck the deer that was standing in the roadway.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
