State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 34-year-old Effort woman is the victim of a violation of a Protection From Abuse court order incident police responded to at 10:09 a.m. Sept. 17.

It occurred on Parkside Avenue, Tobyhanna Township, resulting in the suspect having indirect criminal contempt charges filed for the violation.

• Ronald Fiore, 62, of Blakeslee, was cited for stalking after police responded to an incident at 11:45 a.m. Sept. 24 on Highview Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said the victim is a 61-year-old woman from Brodheadsville.
