State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police received a child welfare referral from the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department concerning a statutory rape/sexual assault incident that happened in April.

They said the victim of the incident that occurred on Scott Drive, Hamilton Township, is a 16-year-old girl from Cresco.

An investigation in ongoing.

• Police said Monica Greening, 24, of Milford, was cited for harassment by physical contact after they responded to an incident on Totts Gap Road, Middle Smithfield Township, at 4:13 p.m. Oct. 2.

The victim was listed as a 30-year-old Brodheadsville woman.

• Police were called to the 100 block of Russell Drive, Hamilton Township, to investigate a reported theft.

They said a camera with a SD card was stolen between Sept. 27 and Oct. 4.
