Panther Golden Agers have meeting picnic

The Panther Valley Golden Agers met on Sept. 28 with 17 members present.

President Diane Gould opened the meeting with the Lord’s Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance and singing of Gold Bless America. The invocation, “A Few More Steps,” was read.

Refreshments were served with snacks and drinks provided.

The group thanked McDonald’s of Nesquehoning and Two Kings Restaurant of Hometown for their donations to the picnic. Members donated paper products and food.

The meeting closed and bingo was played.

The next meeting will be held at 1 p.m. on Oct. 12 from the St. Ann Apartments in Lansford. A gift action will be held.
