Northern Lehigh’s Jaelyn Eaton and Palmerton’s Avery Barry both had hat tricks during victories in girls soccer action.

Williams Vy.-No. Lehigh

Five different players scored as Northern Lehigh rolled to a 9-0 non-conference win over visiting Williams Valley.

Jaelyn Eaton led the Bulldogs with a hat trick, while Tegan Simms and Mackenzie Powell both contributed a pair of goals.

Eaton and Simms each added an assist, while Stella Regan and Athena Garcia also tallied for the winners.

Aubrey Frable added a goal and two assists for the Bombers, who have won five out of their last seven contests.

Harper Lake contributed a goal and an assist, while Molly Borger chipped in with a pair of helpers.

Bomber keeper Taylor Wasilewski earned the shutout with seven saves.

Marian goalie Katie Knock finished with 56 saves.

Jordan Hausman scored four goals to lead Lehighton to a 5-0 Colonial League victory over Catasauqua and snap a five-game losing streak.

Hausman tallied twice in the first quarter to give her team an early lead.

The Indians also received a goal from Quinn Lichtenwalner.

The Tigers stormed out to a 4-0 lead in the first quarter, and matched a season high for goals scored in a game.

Rebekah Gottlieb and Evelyn Alboucq also tallied for the winners.

The Bulldogs, who scored four goals in the third quarter, outshot Pocono Mountain West by a 19-2 margin.

The winners also received goals from Brynlie Remaley, Ada Porobenski, Anna Karetsky and Fiona Jones.

Lehighton clinched a district playoff berth by gaining a Colonial League sweep of Palmerton.

Julianna Lucykanish had 10 kills to lead the Indians, while Breanna Demage contributed 21 assists and six aces. Kailee Thomas, Allison Solt andd Sophia Serfass all chipped in with five kills apiece.

For the Bombers, Morgan Wayda finished with eight digs, while Izabella McFarland added seven assists.

The Olympians’ Remy Gorski posted double digits in both kills (13) and digs (11).

Thorpe’s Rylan Rogowitz chipped in with five blocks and seven kills.
