State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Jessica Ensel, 39, and Jerry Bettis, 52, both of Weissport, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to a domestic disturbance at 5:18 p.m. Sept. 16 at 221 White St., Weissport.

Police said both parties told them they were subjected to unwanted physical contact during an altercation in which no one was injured.

• Police said about $130 worth of copper wiring was stolen in an incident they were called to at 9:39 a.m. Aug. 10 on Route 115 in Ross Township.

The victim was listed as AT&T.

Police said someone cut through a wire fence to gain access to the company’s tower and steal the copper wire.

• A 38-year-old Walnutport man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop police made at 2:12 a.m. Sept. 16.

He was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Express when police stopped him for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East in Lehighton.

• Police were called to a theft report at 11:04 a.m. Sept. 8 at the intersection of Hatchery and Hell Hollow roads, Penn Forest Township.

The victim was listed as the Bethlehem Authority, Bethlehem.

No details about the theft were provided.
