Carbon County Friends of Animals will be holding a Dine and Donate event on Wednesday at P.J. Whelihan’s in Lehighton from 11:30 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Mention CCFOA and the restaurant will donate 15% of your meal to the shelter.
