The American Legion Post 360/Unit 360 of Weatherly will be holding a 9/11 25th anniversary event at the post on Sept. 12.

There will be an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. On display will be a piece of steel from the twin towers and newspapers from across the country from Sept. 12, 2001. Refreshments will be served.

The program will begin at 1 p.m. and will include the raising of the Freedom Flag.

People are asked to attend and join the post in remembering those lost on 9/11/01.
