More than 200 students, parents, faculty, staff, and supporters of Marian Catholic High School gathered at the end of the school year at Capriotti’s in Tresckow to celebrate the academic achievements of the school’s top-performing students during the annual Academic Honors Recognition Program.
The evening recognized outstanding students from each grade level who demonstrated exceptional dedication to their studies, commitment to personal growth, and pursuit of excellence throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.
The event highlighted Marian’s long-standing tradition of academic excellence while bringing together families and educators to celebrate the accomplishments of students whose hard work and perseverance have distinguished them among their peers.
“The students we honor tonight have embraced the challenge of striving for excellence in all that they do,” said Principal Father Robert Finlan. “Their achievements are the result of countless hours of study, discipline, and determination. Just as importantly, they have demonstrated integrity, character, and a commitment to using their gifts in service to others. We are proud of each of them and grateful to the parents and teachers who have supported them along the way.”
Director of Studies Jean Susko praised the students for their dedication to learning and their contributions to the Marian community.
“Academic success is about much more than grades,” Susko said.
“The students recognized this evening consistently demonstrate curiosity, perseverance, leadership, and a genuine desire to grow intellectually and personally. They have set a high standard for their classmates and exemplify the spirit of excellence that defines Marian Catholic High School. It is a privilege to celebrate their accomplishments and the bright futures that lie ahead.”
Students honored during the evening represented all four grade levels and reflected the strength of Marian Catholic’s academic programs across the curriculum.
The annual Academic Honors Recognition Program serves as one of Marian Catholic’s signature celebrations of student achievement, recognizing those who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom while embodying the school’s mission of faith, scholarship, leadership, and service.
