Desserts, such as blueberry pie and blueberry swirl ice cream from the Bethlehem Dairy Store, may be among the classics at the Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites’ annual Blueberry Festival, but fan favorites, such as blueberry grilled cheese and blueberry lemonade will also take center stage at the event Saturday and Sunday at Historic Burnside in Bethlehem.

If trying blueberries in new and exciting ways seems highly appetizing, here is a look at the 2026 food vendors and some of their delicious offerings:

Known for its unique take on classic comfort foods, the Taste Budz is stepping up its blueberry game this year.

Their popular grilled cheese with blueberry compote was a hit at the festival in 2025, and this year it’s joined by blueberry shrimp tacos with a blueberry jalapeño-cilantro salsa and a pulled chicken sandwich topped with melted Brie cheese, blueberry bourbon jam and crushed pecans.

Returning to the Blueberry Festival for its second year, Thirst Trap Lemonade quickly became a fan favorite last year, offering fresh-squeezed lemonade in a variety of refreshing flavors, with its featured blueberry lemonade a true standout.

New this year is Billy’s Pretzels and Wraps, specializing in freshly-baked soft pretzels, warm wraps and signature dipping sauces. LV Sweet Stuff will satisfy your sweet tooth with doughnuts adorned with your choice of blueberry glaze, blueberry cobbler or blueberry lemon topping, and you can quench your thirst with their blueberry boba lemonade, blueberry lavender lemonade or new blueberries and cream dirty lemonade.

The 2026 festival also features vendors highlighting international cuisine with Taco Town serving up freshly made tacos and Mexican food, while Cocina De Birria dishes out slow-cooked, tender birria tacos and classic Mexican dishes.

If you’re in the mood for a comforting, customizable mac and cheese, Holy Macaroni is the vendor to visit.

The Blueberry Festival is set for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Burnside Plantation, 1461 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem.

This year’s event features more family activities than ever, as well as live music, pie-eating contests, tours of the Historic Burnside farmhouse and grounds, blacksmithing and other 18th-century artisan demonstrations, and a wide variety of food and craft vendors.
