The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work this week weather permitting:

Carbon County

•Kidder Township: Between: Exit 274 (Route 534) and Exit 284 (Route 115), daytime lane restrictions on I-80 east or west 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Wednesday.

Lehigh County

• Salisbury Township: Interstate 78 East Off ramp at Exit 55 (Cedar Crest Blvd.) ramp will be closed and detoured for construction 7 a.m. to 6 a.m. July 17th to July 20th. Detour will utilize Interstate 78 Exit at 54 (Route 222) to Route 222 to Cedar Crest Blvd.

• Salisbury Township: Cedar Crest Boulevard South at Interstate 78, nighttime lane restriction 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday.

Monroe County

• Ross Township: Mount Eaton Road between Old Route 115 And Kunkletown Road, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

• Ross/Eldred Township: Upper and Lower Smith Gap Road between Mount Eaton Road and Carbon County Line, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday to Thursday.

• Polk Township: Route 209 between Streamside Street and Trach Road, daytime lane restriction for pipe repair 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.

• Chestnuthill Township: Lower Camp Akiba Road between Camp Akiba Road and Route 715, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday.

• Chestnuthill Township: Route 715 between Route 209 and Mountain Road, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday.

• Eldred Township: Kunkletown Road between Barry Lane and Balliet Court, daytime lane restriction for pipe repair 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

• Ross Township: Mount Eaton Road between Old Route 115 and Kunkletown Road, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.

• Route 940 between Route 423 And Carbon County Line, nighttime lane restriction 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday to Monday.

Northampton County

• Moore Township: Route 946/ Mountain View Drive between Lehigh Drive and Nazareth Pike, daytime lane restriction with flagging 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

• Lehigh Township: Maple Drive between Lehigh Drive and Mountain View Drive, daytime lane restriction with flagging 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

• Lehigh Township: Maple Drive between Lehigh Drive and Mountain View Drive, daytime lane restriction with flagging 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday to Friday.

Schuylkill County

• Orwigsburg Borough: Route 443 Between: Warren Street and Liberty Street, daytime lane restriction with flagging 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 6th to September 4th.

• Barnesville: Tuscarora Park Road Between: Route 309 and Locust Valley Fire Control Station, daytime lane restriction with flagging 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Tuesday.
