• Skyler M. Hancock, 26, of New Tripoli, was cited for following too closely following a five-vehicle pile-up at 3:16 p.m. June 11 on Hamilton Boulevard in Lower Macungie Township.
Police said he was driving a 2009 Lexus that rear-ended a 2020 Nissan Altima operated by Alyssa G. Kepley, 19, of Macungie, with chain-like collisions following with a 2026 Nissan Rogue driven by Starlitea M. Crosby, 38, of Allentown, a 2019 Subaru Forester operated by Samantha A. Smith, 38, of Alburtis, and a 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit driven by a 17-year-old girl from Breinigsville.
Police said the Altima was towed from the scene.
They said Kepley had minor injuries but did not require an emergency medical services transport from the scene. The other drivers were uninjured, police said.
• Diane C. Lyons, 72, of Henryville, was injured in a two-vehicle crash on May 26 on Route 22 in Upper Macungie Township.
Police said she was transported by personnel from the Cetronia Ambulance Corps to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Campus, Salisbury Township.
They said the crash occurred when Shawn M. Kistler, 42, of New Ringgold, was driving a 2014 Chrysler 300 that was merging onto Route 22 when it struck a 2022 Tesla driven by Lyons. They said the Tesla overturned, sustained disabling damages and had to be towed from the scene.
