• Cooperative Sports Agreement with the Hazleton Area School District for eligible Weatherly Area School District students to participate in HASD junior high boys’ football beginning the 2026-2027 school year. This is a separate agreement from that regarding the high school football program, per rules of the PIAA, according to board member Ryan Binder.

“Also, the Freeland Whippets changed the league they were in and no longer have a junior high program,” school board director Ryan Binder said. “Hazleton requested this.”

• Use of facilities by the Weatherly Faith Church, use of the outside area by the old tennis courts from 5 to 9 p.m. on July 27 to 31 for a free Mega Sports Camp.
