State police at Frackville
State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:
• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred between 6 p.m. June 9 and 6 p.m. June 11 on Sanderson Street, Schuylkill Township.
They said the victim reported a window at the residence was smashed by a large rock thrown at it.
The damage was estimated at $1,500.
• A 40-year-old Mary D woman is the victim of an assault that was reported to police at 8:59 p.m. June 15.
Police said it occurred on South Main Street, Schuylkill Township, when an unidentified male entered her residence, struck her several times and choked her.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact them at 570-874-5300.
• A 60-year-old woman from New Philadelphia was cited for a Dog Law violation after police were called to Macomb Street, New Philadelphia, at 8:28 p.m. June 16.
Police said the victim is a 28-year-old man from New Philadelphia who told them his dog was attacked by the woman’s dog, which was not under the owner’s control.
• Police were called to a missing persons report at 5:54 p.m. June 18 on East Main Street Rush Township.
They said two juveniles, a 15-year-old girl and her 13-year-old brother, left their residence about 11:30 a.m. that day and had not been located as of the report at 5:54 p.m.
The girl was described as about 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing about 110 pounds. No clothing description was provided to police. The boy was described as having been last seen wearing a white T-shirt, camo pants and black shoes. No height and weight were provided.
