One person was injured Tuesday afternoon when struck by a vehicle in Lansford. The accident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on West Bertsch street near the intersection with Sharpe Street. The victim was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics before being transported to the St. Luke’s Miners Memorial Hospital in Coaldale. Lansford police are investigating the incident.
