Tamaqua Area Middle School recently inducted 47 seventh-grade into their chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. Through their time in the middle school, the students have shown excellence in the 5 core pillars the honor society is built upon — scholarship, service, leadership, character and citizenship. Excellence isn’t just about grades, but having a positive impact on the school and community and the students embody that mission.
