Richard Lee, 35, of Coaldale, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 10:26 p.m. May 1.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported that Lee was stopped in a 2011 Ford Escape for a traffic violation in the 300 block of East Norwegian Street, Pottsville.
