Two Franklin Township pitchers combined on a no-hitter in shutting out Emmaus on Monday.

Franklin Township-Emmaus

Braylon Hunsicker and Pierce Goida combined for a five-inning no-hitter as Franklin Township rebounded from a loss to gain a 15-0 victory over Emmaus.

Hunsicker tossed the first three innings, striking out three, while Goida pitched the final two frames and recorded all six outs via the strikeout.

Jake Albert, hitting out of the No. 9 hole, recorded a single, double, two runs scored and two RBIs.

The Mud Dawgs also received two singles, two runs and two RBIs from Brayden Ulshafer, while Logan Bellis collected a pair of hits and scored twice.

Northern Lehigh-Northampton

Northern Lehigh’s seventh-inning rally fell just short as Northampton hung on for a 3-2 victory.

Trailing 3-0, Nolehi plated two runs in the last frame on Bryce Wanamaker’s RBI fielder’s choice grounder and a run-scoring single by Paul Porobenski.

Northampton starter Jake Raysely allowed just one hit and struck out 12 over six innings. Offensively, Matt Buskirk paced the winners with two hits and two RBIs.

Northern Lehigh’s other hit came from Jayden Weaver.

Birches-Roseto

Brodie Kruger earned the pitching win, and also had two hits and scored a run on offense to help Roseto earn a 4-3 victory over the Birches.

Kruger allowed just three hits and one earned run while striking out five in his six innings of work.

The winners also received a hit, a run and an RBI from Preston Rogers.

For the Birches, Christian Knight had three hits and an RBI, while Braydon Green added a hit and knocked in two runs.

Cody Borger and Sam Smale both chipped in with a hit and a run.
