State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 25-year-old man from New Tripoli was cited for criminal mischief after police responded to an incident at 7:08 p.m. April 23 on Flint Hill Road, Lynn Township.

Police said he was damaging a neighbor’s 2016 Lexus by throwing rocks at it, and also damaged a house window. The victims are a 61-year-old man and a 60-year-old man, both from New Tripoli.

Police said the man was transported to the St. Luke’s Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Police said they learned the man is currently on probation.

• A 29-year-old Germansville man was charged with strangulation after police responded to a domestic violence incident at 1:28 p.m. April 28.

Police said the victim of the incident that occurred on Behler Road, Lynn Township, is a 25-year-old woman from Coplay.
